Who we are

This website and our client services are operated by VirtualIn LLC, 32 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("VirtualIn", "we", "us"). You can reach us any time through our contact page.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, email, phone number, business details and messages you send through our forms, email or booking tools.
• Website usage: we use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site. They use cookies and similar technologies to collect device, browser and page visit information.
• Client portal accounts: for sellers we work with, we keep login details (passwords are stored only in hashed form), agreements, invoices and messages.
• Amazon seller data: if a seller we manage connects their Amazon account to our reporting portal, we receive their sales, traffic, fees, settlements, inventory, listing, pricing, brand analytics and advertising data through Amazon's official APIs. We do not request or receive Amazon buyers' personal information (such as buyer names, addresses or phone numbers).

How we use information

To reply to enquiries, deliver and report on the services a client hires us for, send invoices, improve our website, and keep our systems secure. We use Amazon seller data only to provide reports and account management services to the seller who authorized the connection.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent personal information or Amazon data. We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, under their own privacy terms: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Google (analytics), Meta (advertising measurement), HighLevel (website forms and bookings) and Stripe (payments). Amazon seller data is never shared with any third party and is shown only to the seller who connected it and the VirtualIn staff assigned to their account. We may disclose information if required by law.

Amazon data connection

A seller can disconnect at any time from their VirtualIn portal or from Amazon Seller Central (Apps and Services, Manage Your Apps). We delete the seller's stored Amazon data within 30 days of disconnection, or sooner on request. More details: Amazon data connection.

How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Enquiries from people who do not become clients are deleted within 24 months.

Security

All data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Stored data is encrypted, access is limited to staff whose job requires it, and staff logins use strong passwords and two step verification. If a security incident affects your information, we will notify you, and Amazon where Amazon data is involved, without undue delay.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by contacting us through our contact page. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16.

International processing

VirtualIn LLC is a US company and our team works remotely, so information may be processed outside your country, with the protections described here.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the "Last updated" date when we do.
