Amazon buyers' personal information, buyer messaging, tax invoices or tax data. We do not contact buyers and we do not sell or share seller data.
Encrypted connections (HTTPS) everywhere, encrypted storage, access limited to the seller and their assigned VirtualIn staff, two step login for all staff, and a documented incident response plan that includes notifying Amazon within 24 hours of detecting an incident.
A seller can disconnect at any time from their portal, or in Amazon Seller Central under Apps and Services, Manage Your Apps. We delete their stored Amazon data within 30 days of disconnection, or sooner on request.
